One of the unique aspects of these chairs is the carefully designed frame which actively prevents children from leaning back on their chairs, therefore reducing the 7000 accidents that occur in our UK schools every year.
The chairs support excellent ergonomic posture and their distinctive design allows the frame to slot into the moulded chair and is then riveted and screwed giving further rigidity and robustness.
The chair dimensions are in line with BS EN 1729 standards (This new legistration takes into account the measurements of children at key stages of their development). All edges have been carefully engineered so that they are smooth and extremely child friendly, along with its textured surface for maximum durability.
Available in 7 contemporary colours: - Ocean Blue, Forest Green, Ruby Red, Charcoal, Yellow, Dark Brown and Artic White.
The chairs can stack 10 - 12 high, however, Zoot recommend that the chairs should never be stacked more than 6 high due to Health and Safety.
This chair is also available as a high chair/ stool for laboratories, art and science rooms etc., in seat heights 560mm, 610mm and 685mm.
