This service is currently free of charge.

You do not have to buy new furniture and equipment from Zoot to take advantage of this free service but we would request that you include us in your quotation process.

If you donate your old, used, redundant or surplus items to Zoot to take advantage of the currently free used furniture disposal service, we will do our best to have your items collected, however, we can not guarantee this on all occasions.

This is dependent on several factors including what it is you need to dispose of, the time scale you have allowed for doing so, how much you need to dispose of and the condition of the items to be collected.

Zoot would reccommend allowing as much time as possible to aid a sucessful collection, ideally informing us at the same time as you plan to buy new furniture.

In the past we have managed to place over 80% of the furniture donated to Zoot in various locations around the globe.

When you donate furniture to Zoot you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the true owner of the item or are properly authorised to dispose of the item(s) by the true owner and are able to transfer good title to the item free from any third party claims, liens or encumbrances; and (b) the listing is accurate, current and complete and is not misleading or otherwise deceptive;

Unless we have agreed with you in advance and in writing to the contrary, you represent and warrant to Zoot Educational Furniture that: (a) you are representing an office/ educational establishment that is established in the United Kingdom; (b) the items you are disposing of are physically located in the United Kingdom at the time of collection. In any event, you represent and warrant to Zoot Educational Furniture that the item is reusable.
